Hazel’s background is in Mental health Nursing, Psychology, Systemic Psychotherapy and Coaching. She has worked in the field of mental health in clinical, leadership and training roles with over 25 years in the NHS as well as Social Services, Education and Charities and now private sectors.

 

She has worked across various multi-cultural context in Hackney, Tri-boroughs, Essex, Kent and the West Midlands. One of her greatest achievements was to set up the first in-house mental health services for Looked after children in Westminster in 1999.

 

Hazel has taught and supervised YR2 students attending Institute of Family therapy and the Tavistock NHS, on the YR2 Training in Systemic Theory and Practice, Hackney CYPS and as Lead Tutor on the Systemic Supervision & Management course at The CSSW.

 

Five years ago Hazel set up Hazeltherapy & Coaching services delivering Psychotherapy, Coaching and Consultancy, locally and internationally to clients in the private and Corporate sectors.

 

Outside of work, Hazel enjoys, Walking, Qigong, Pilates, spiritual development and Café culture.
