Is counselling the career for you? 

 

Maybe you have thought about a career as a counsellor.  Maybe people find it easy to talk to you when they’re worried.  Maybe you’re often told you are a good listener. 

If that sounds like you perhaps our introductory course in counselling skills will help you decide if a career as a counsellor is for you.

 

Our course is unique. You will learn skills and technique for working with families and couples as well as individuals.  You do not need to have any previous experience.  The teaching team is made up of qualified family psychotherapists with many years experience of working with families, couples, children and individuals and are members of the Association of Family Therapy (AFT).

 

The course is delivered in two modules each comprising 18 hours making a total of 36 hours of face-to-face training.  The cost of each module is £400.
